Healthy hair is important to look your best. Dry and brittle, or flat and boring – nobody wants those that the description of your locks.
Especially more as we age, our hair needs to be pampered. In the midst of a busy life as wife, mother and writer – I have no time or money to spend on systems of care facial hair. I love simple and effective way to keep my hair brown for "effort" best.
Therefore, I want to share with you my recipe for great, naturally clean hair with deep moisturizing, totally green cleaning products natural than to do the job well enough in my budget.
Best Hair Care Treatment:
Shampoo:
I wash my hair black African soap imported from Togo. I have the ball and the foam wet soap in my hands, I wash my hair, then rinse with water. African Black Soap has a soft, natural, nutty aroma and is a rich natural moisturizer.
For the first rinse, rinse your hair in a solution of fresh cassava, leaving soon, and then rinse with water. It is a strengthening and rinse your hair will have a natural glow of youth.

Rinse yucca recipe:
Buy fresh cassava root in supermarkets, usually very cheap, near the cone.
Cut a 3 inch slice. Remove the brown skin covering.

Hang the bag to dry completely cassava.
You can reuse the same cassava 3-4 times, if they are completely dry between uses so it does not spoil.
For a second and final rinse, use diluted white vinegar:
White Vinegar Cleaning / Conditioning Rinse:
Mix 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 cup hot water.
Rinse hair with him and work on the hair with your fingers. Avoid getting in eyes.
This cleans your hair rinse any contamination, toxins and wastes previous shampoos, detergents and soap. Diluted vinegar is also a great conditioner for hair.
Leave 1-2 minutes short. then rinse with water.
